An essential product for use after Potassium permanganate treatment has been used, for the re-oxygenation of the water.
Oxygenloss: Oxygenloss may occur on hot summer days or if a pond suffers from high biological pressure. The fish linger on the surface, have an increased gill movement and loss of appetite. NPC increases the level of oxygen by splicing the active ingredients in pure oxygen. Dosage 10-20 grams per 1000 litres.
For aiding removal of organic waste. Floating debris causes turbidity of water and will also have an effect on the environment. NPC activates the organic waste and brings if to teh surface for removal by skimmer or fine net.
Dosage for waste removal is 30 grams per 1000 litres.
Algae and floating Algae can also cause major problems for your fish pond. NPC can also assist with Algae problems by its increase of oxygen levels. For this treatment
Dosage rate is: 30grams per 1000 litre for 3 days running.
Nitrite is also a major issue for ponds.
NPC can assist with this also. NPC converts harmful nitrite into harmless nitrate, by binding oxygen to nitrite. Because this effect is temporary we advise to support the filter with extra bacteria, and for this we recommend Takazumi Nitrifix (also available from Aqua Koi) Dosage for Nitrite is 30grams per 1000 litres. After 6 hours you can add Takazumi nitrifix to the filter system.
